St. Francisville, Illinois
This access site has a paved boat ramp and dock. (The
dock looked a little decrepit as of September 2007.)
The access site also has grass parking, picnic tables,
riverside benches, a covered picnic pavilion, trash cans,
portable restrooms, and apparent camping. It is also a
short walk up the hill to food, phone and supplies.
From the river, the boat ramp is on the right bank directly
across from the Clark's Landing access site. It is about
3 miles downstream of an old railroad bridge that is now
a toll bridge for cars.
